It’s a week to go until the inaugural Leasing World Customer Service and Operational Excellence Evening 2019. The awards are being held at the incredible Sky Garden and will be honouring successes in customer service and operations within the asset finance industry.
Liberty has been shortlisted for two Awards
Ten awards categories were open to direct and broker funders who can demonstrate undertaking day to day operations with customers and their intermediaries at the heart of their business. Awards range from ‘Top in customer engagement’ to ‘Outstanding operations team’ and Liberty Leasing is in the list of contenders for the Top Broker/Funder Partnership model and in addition has been nominated for the Top in Customer Engagement category.
After the popularity of the Social Media Wall at the past three Leasing World Awards, it was a no-brainer to bring the interactivity to this new event and facilitate a bespoke Twitter and Instagram wall for the first ever Customer Service and Operational Excellence awards. To see your posts on the big screen on the night make sure to tag them with the dedicated hashtag #LWOpEx19 and the best wall post on the night will win a Bollinger Gift Case!

- Make sure your Twitter/Instagram is set to public or your post won’t be shown.
